Flowers
For deliveries within Reading, we deliver to your door every day of the week for only £5.99. We can't guarantee the delivery time, it will be between 9:30 am to 7:00 pm.
Same-day may incur an extra fee. Same-day delivery CANNOT be guaranteed before you call ahead to see our availability.
For specific requests (flowers, colour palettes etc) we require 3 days' notice to secure your customisation options. Any orders placed later than this will be subject to stock availability.
No one at home?
If the address is a house, we will leave the flowers on the doorstep or another safe place. However, for flats/apartments, as we do not have the entry code to access the building, we will try our best to contact neighbours and leave the package at your doorstep. Please note that if a second delivery is required, a second delivery charge may apply. Kindly ensure someone is available to receive the package during the next delivery attempt.
Plants
For the Reading customer, we deliver to your door straight away (Mon-Sun).
For outside Reading, we use the courier delivery service.
Normally You will receive your plant between 1-5 working days, depending on our stock.
Vases
We deliver all across the UK.
Normally you will receive your order between 3-5 working days.

We're very sorry to hear about this.
For FLOWERS & PLANTS, If you are unhappy with your order or it arrives damaged, please send us an email with photos of the order within 24 hours and we can discuss resolving the issue with you in more detail.
For the SUNDRIES, if you just don't like it, we will issue a refund once we received your return. You can return your unwanted goods within 14 days. However, the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the items unless we have mistakenly delivered the item to you or if the item has been damaged.
